While there are no age requirements for entrance into the Advanced School of Real Estate, the State requires a prospective licensee be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED to activate his/her real estate license.  There will be no credit for previous training or experience.

Registration:  Full payment is required--Exact cash, MC/Visa, check or money order made payable to CENTURY 21 Advanced Real Estate.

Notice and Refund Policy: 

1. Students who wish to obtain a Virginia Real Estate License must meet non-educational licensing requirements in addition to the pre-licensing educational requirements.
2. Once enrolled, no refunds will be given. 
3. Students must have a minimum of 60 hours of classroom attendance and a passing grade on the final exam in oder to receive a certificate of completion.
